it was horrible. I am not a religious person. But the Experience i had will haunt me forever. i was there to appear for an exam that was going to happen the very next day. During that night at around 4:30 pm i woke up with an Azaan from a cone mic which was coming from the Mosque beside the hotel. I could not sleep after that. Apart from it, just 5 minutes prior to that incident, another thing happened. I was given the room where the hotel manager stayed last night. One of the visitor (scoundrel) was knocking my room's door at that time. when i came out the person realised what he just did and escaped. Besides, the hotel is at the 3rd floor only. No security, no safety. I would suggest to think twice before you make a decision.

IT is beside a masjid, full of noise. it's in 4th floor, and so hot in summer. room was avarage, no news channels in Tv. drinking water is not available, for food you must rely on outside.but the location is good ..cost is high ..but ok. I may visit it if their is a crisis.

Horrible experience! extremely unprofessional behavior of the receptionist... Room was full of mosquitoes.. Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude during the check in in midnight.... Poor experience.. Not recommended at all...

Hotel room was okay. No lift facility is there. Security Guard was good. you won't get any food and as they don't have the restaurant in their premises. its good for single person.. not suitable for family stay.

bed was so comfortable...all thing was good expect water in bathroom... Water in bathroom was full of iron...so yellow and dirty. But drinking water was good ..Good hotel for stay.

Overall very good hotel. Nice stay. Walking distance from siliguri town railway station and about 2 km from siliguri junction. Staff were very friendly. Comfort was like home.

Bathroom is full of flies & no hot water tap is working. No lift is available & hotel is on 3rd floor. Staffs not available in morning for luggage drop.
