Tall Trees Resort

We had booked the resort based on the ratings and review appearing on Goibibo, expecting to another pleasure experience. However this experience turned out to be one of the most memorable stay ever we had. The below mentioned few points attributes to Incredible Customer Service we enjoyed during our stay. 1) Warm, Friendly and Pleasant reception service: Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed with warm,friendly and pleasant manner by the relationship manager Mr.Jijo John and Mr. Manikandan and they have also ensured that the said experience continued till we had check out. Superb services by them. 2) Resort amidst the nature: The location and the whole set up the nature is pure heavenly feeling. Staying in the right center of tall trees transports you from the choas of the world to the different zone of the world. The atmosphere surrounding the resort is pure serene and wintry, it was so pleasing climate that we didn't realize that our cottages was not having any A.C. During the rains the clouds soaked view is like a heaven 3) Awesome Food: We had some apprehension before booking since we preferred Jain food , but all the doubts and anxieties were put to rest by the Chef and the kitchen staff who had served some of the best jain delicacies. Special appreciation to Bensu and Jejo who had patiently heard our DO'S and DONT'S for Jain food. 4) Cleanliness at the best: Considering the facts that the resort is right in the center of the naature, we were amazed to see the top most cleanliest resort ever visited. There was no such instance of any insects and mosquitoes. The only problem is the bad shape of the road connecting the main road to hotel.

The hotel stay was so amazing that we cancelled thekkady tour and extended our stay there. The staff are very helpful and polite, the cheff has perfect hand which makes the cusine testy. 66 accrs of resort has everything including camp fire area, children park, ayurveda, gaming section, post office, library and many which make us not to leave place forever. The restaturant has glass roof, feels like eating dinner below star. The resort has so much tall trees than one can think from its name. If i want to replan Munnar trip, i would stay there and will recommend to anyone. Thank you to resort staff for their hospitality.

Tall Trees exceeded our expectations. Just like the name The resort is full of tall trees and cardamom plantation. Even on a sunny day sunlight hardly comes in, such is the tree cover. The people are so amazing, super courteous, super humble and super friendly. We never felt bored during our 2 days stay at the resort. The food is delicious and worth the money. We opted for the buffet meals during dinner. The desert section was mouth watering. I would highly recommend this place if you planning to have a calm and peaceful stay.

The property is of exceptional quality, and the service provided by the staff is highly commendable. The staff members are courteous and polite, and the food is delicious. The buggy service was promptly available within minutes. The weather was pleasant due to the rain, and the indoor swimming pool with hot water was thoroughly enjoyed by the children. The Ayurvedic spa was outstanding. Overall, the resort deserves a 5/5 rating. We will definitely visit again in the future.
