our stay at the cliff resort was absolutely fantastic! from the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch, making it a truly memorable experience. the location is breathtaking, with the best part being the stunning view from the balcony. waking up to the mesmerizing sight of parsi point right from our room was an absolute delight! the natural beauty surrounding the resort adds to its charm, making it a perfect getaway. the food was excellent—yes, it was on the expensive side, but every bite was worth it! the flavors, presentation, and quality were impeccable, making dining at the resort a treat. the staff deserves special mention for their warm hospitality. well-trained, polite, and always ready to assist, they ensured a comfortable and hassle-free stay. overall, everything about the cliff resort was perfect. from the ambiance to the service, it exceeded our expectations. highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing retreat!

This hotel deserves a 5 star for sure. Excellent service in all departments. We stayed in Magnolia room which has a breathtaking valley and lake view along with the hotel pool view. Room was very neat and clean. Location of this hotel is one of the best in Panchgani and we would certainly like to visit here again.

truely amazing resort and perfect place for family vacation. We stayed at Anthurium and it has scenic valley view. Staff were also very cooperative and polite. Every spot at resort is perfectly designed and decorated combined with natures beauty. Must recommended place to visit in Panchgani.
