poorly maintained property and pool (it is not a temperature controlled pool) staff courteous but not trained well, keys not working, geyser takes time to work, lights broken, couldn't sleep till 3 am due to another group of drunk people created ruckus and hotel staff was least bothered till I called 2 times so late. asked for a cab through hotel and it was extremely unprofessional we just managed to get to hotel back somehow and charges were also very high. no buffet and limited breakfast options but good in taste. overall very disappointed considering the potential of this property

I am a doctor by profession. I had a stay on 29 march 2025. I checked in near 3.30 pm. I requested to open the swimming pool although the pool was half feel and so dirty I called hotel manager SHIVENDRA Chauhan..this man was soooo rude he says he will n't send any man to pool area and saying get lost here then I say pls return my money I will go then he said ni dunga jo karna ho kar le... other staff was good, I think a manager like shivendra Chauhan will spoil this hotel so soon. I will never recemend to go this hotel at any cost.

First time I have visited this property with my family. So I was in doubt that how will be this property. But this property is so good. In premier valley view room balcony area is so big. In heated swimming pool on top me and my daughter enjoyed a lot. Service and staff are very good. Restaurant food is also delicious. The main advantage is this is on road property with superb valley experience. Newly built property. Surely next time I will stay at this property.

Excellent experience, each and everything is single word WOW I had an amazing stay at Shivraj Hotel in Uttarakhand! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the surrounding nature. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Uttarakhand. Five stars!"

The stay was awesome!!! Food was Good and the staff was too helpful specially Kamlesh. Property has nice mountain views and was around 30-40 min drive to mall road. Network connectivity will be an issue. If want a peaceful stay with swimming pool a must visit property.

loved this place.. has a calm, relaxed vibe. has a heated pool. currently, the restaurant called chasedi is better than the in house restaurant. they also have pool, 2 carom boards, one Table tennis table. no network, but wifi is fast.

our stay in acorn was amazing. it was a peaceful stay. aur is soo fresh, although it’s about 35 mins far from nanital but it’s worth staying here. hotel staff is really nice. service is really nice 👌🏻 worth the price .. done

pros: lighting on the property was very good. rooms were nice. cons: restaurant staff was not nice and was very reluctant to help out. also there was no briefing/summary done on the offerings of the property.
