The experience was fantastic. I had enquired for early check in before booking the suite, they had clearly mentioned that early check-in is possible if the rooms are available. The manager in the front office somehow managed to get us the room earlier. The rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommended for family and couples! The rooms were clean and spacious.

overall it was good.dining staff were good.once due to shortage of booking, buffet dinner was unavailable but they provided alacarte freely. Spa room doesn't have any attached bathroom, u have to go out to bath.once morning ,muddy water came to our bathtub but they immediately looked into that

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel from 4th march to 6th march. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. They helped us to book for activities in and around Thekkady. If you are planning to stay there, ask the staff about activities, they would surely help you.

The hotel is located in a prime location ie is ambadi junction.Rooms with private pool and private garden is available here.The staff are very courteous.
