I was overwhelmed by the good gesture by green valley hotel manager Mr. Gaurav, I was on a road trip to Mahabaleshwar from Hyderabad but in-between the journey met with an minor accident where my car coolant and radiator got damaged and we couldn't continue the journey, since that being a weekend I couldn't get an assistance on that day and has to wait till Monday for the nearest workshop to open and start, since we lost two days of my travel we couldn't continue our trip to Mahabaleshwar, I spoke to hotel management about the unfortunate incident they kindly agreed and accepted for extended stay i.e. whenever i visit Mahabaleswar again they provide me accommodation for free of cost. Such a good gesture and I strongly recommend green valley residency

The hotel is situated in the very interior and one has to enter through the broken roads (damaging car extremely) and through inclined kuccha roads. But the owner is very good and very helpful and generous. we had a single room booking accomodating 4 adults and one child but he gave us two rooms for the first day when the rooms were available with him without any charges and the valley view is very beautiful to enjoy. Breakfast and dinner is also good if availed. very hard working staff and co operative. I have given 4 stars only for location otherwise 5 star for their support and view.

hotel bliss is located at very beautiful location. from hotel room we get valley view . we booked family room & stayed there for a night. overall very nice experience. just they need to improve road - specially last patch- which is very bad- in rainy season - it may turn worst. apart from that - every things is nice. they don't server any food which also need to improve.

overall good stay. value for money. rooms were clean, good view. simple tasty homemade food. courteous staff. access road bit difficult to drive, took hatchback without any issue. hot water was not available from tap, but staff provided it in buckets happily.

Humble place but maintained well. Staff was very well mannered. For the cost this is a great deal. Clean and tidy, and if you're lucky rooms with a great view. Go for it if you intend to explore both Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. It lies in between!

hotel with sufficient amenities and great service.if you looking for a place on the outskirts of mahabaleshwar ,it's the one with a great view.There's only a slight problem,the road to reach hotel premises is quite difficult.

Hotel ,rooms and service is superb. The only thing is that the way to the hotel is just like an off road. But my low profile vehicle like Toyota Altis can also reached here. All together good experience.
