Staff was generous to give us good room with balcony. The food was average, sometimes even below average. Room cleanliness was nice. But hospitality is a big question mark. 1. Whenever ordered from room, every 15 mins the staff will ring the bell to check if they can collect the plate. As if the cutlery is limited. 2. When dining in the restaurant area, when I cast phone youtube onto the TV the staff changed it to their own songs. I again cast my phone youtube onto the TV. This time they turned it off. We were the only ones dining. 3. I was working remotely from the hotel room. This was winter and the temperature is below 5 degrees. Apparently only between 5pm and 10am they would have centralised warming. The heating is centrally controlled and you don't have control over the temperature, fan speed etc. And between 10am to 5pm you are on your own. 4. Water is also centrally heated and on the hotel's mercy. 5. Wifi speed is very low ~5Mbps. Totally overpriced as compared to the facilities and hospitality.

clean and spacious. We were apprehensive about the lack of an air conditioner in the room, might be a useful addition for peak summer months. The hospitality and service was very good - staff was polite and helpful.

This hotel is worth every single penny, this is equivalent to 5 star. Staff is courteous and property is beautifully maintained. One of the best property in Pahalgam.
