overpriced.. good neat and clean hotel but rate should be between 2.5 to 3k.. we paid around 4.5k for a night which is overpriced.. room was small even minibar was not there.. there wasnt more options in breakfast buffet.. it was like an ordinary hotel.. if we are paying we deserve the quality.. not recommended from my side at this budget..

Best place to stay if you are in the city for visa work. Both ofc and interview place qre 5 mins away. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Breakfast is decent and fills your tummy. The in room dinning is also good. The rooms are clean. You can switch off the AC if you want and keep the fan on. best place for the proce range.

Only Wifi is available no other amenities (play/gym..)., For friends it may be okay to stay and enjoy. Also if anyone going for Visa stamping it is very close to the US Consulate. Its not good for family staying..Rooms are very small, pics and the original/actual room sizes are not correct., is not worth for the money

Good: Near to Chennai VAC and railway station They have a clock room facility to hold luggages In house restaurant with good food Need to improve: Bed sheet wasn’t clean Towels were too rough No hot water in the morning for bath Shuttle service to VAC can be helpful

Service is not so good, you have to call for multiple requests then they will come once & do half a job. We opted for complementary breakfast & to our surprise the menu or taste didn't changed during our 3 days stay. Same breakfast menu was not expected.

room service is very poor 😕 also gate watch man are very rude showing face to all customers 😠 food what i ordered not noting properly given extra food and added in bill 😠 rectify this in hotel otherwise reputation only gets spoil... good

Worth the price paid. The rooms and amenities provided were up to the standards. The food and eatables were the only ones that disappointed me. There aren't any good south Indian hotels nearby which I had to struggle a bit.

I booked a executive room however i was not given that.. I was given a twin sharing room which is unacceptable.. this is disappointing! They said the rooms are not available. How is this possible when i have booked it??

the property is over valued. the rates as per the room size is abnormal. there is no space for a third person in a double bedded room. you cannot even walk in the room if an extra bed is put in.

We stayed for 2 nights ,they didn't do the cleaning, did not provide drinking water, shampoo and water heating kettle, inspite of requesting them Also the front desk person was very arrogant.

Hotel staff are very polite and always ready to help. Food was awesome. Room is clean and tidy. Near us consulate is another advantage. It's just less than a kilometre away from hotel.

The only reason I booked this hotel was due to proximity to US embassy. The room was not cleaned during my stay, trash was not removed and there were so many mosquito in the room.

Rooms are small and bad odor coming in rooms, no proper ventilation in rooms. Location wise good but rooms cleanliness need to be improved.

It's quite good and very comfortable to attend US VISA interviews . It is just less than half kilometre to US consulate office.

Recommend this place to stay to anyone travelling to Chennai. Very close to the US consulate and the biometric centre.
