The Leela Kovalam, A Raviz Hotel

It was my best vacation ever, here, at The Leela Kovalam. Right from the check-in to the check-out everything was so smooth and even the check-in & check-out timings were flexibly accommodated. The warmth that the hotel staff at Leela exudes is a rare find in any 5 star hotel, where mostly you meet professionals! It was my sister's birthday and the entire hotel staff made us feel like a big family. Cakes were sent to us twice and Shaleena, a hotel staff, even presented a painting to my sister on her birthday, thus making her feel very special. The hotel staff, including the Chefs left no stone unturned in serving us. We have been to the Taj Hotels umpteen times, but this experience was our best. Though High Tea needs a better menu, a large variety was there in the buffet meals. The infinity pool and mesmerizing views of the sea escalated us on cloud 9. The hotel was sparkling clean and utmost care was taken to fulfil all our needs. The location of the hotel is on a cliff, right next to the sea, which made us feel as if we were on a big Cruiser. The hotel occupies a very large area and there are umpteen recreational activities. Speed boat junction, on the beach, is right next to the place where high tea is served so it is highly convenient to go out for a ride, which is a must if you want a thrilling experience of a lifetime. The stay over here has left indelible marks on our mind, which can never be forgotten in life. It's not just a hotel, it is an out of the world experience, that leaves you with sweet memories!

We loved our stay at The Leela! The fabulous location and warm hospitality from the staff made our experience special. The food was amazing, with a vast buffet spread and standout dishes like the idli, which was simply divine.

The location of the property is the highlight. Property is located in such a way you can exprenuce ocean so well. Rooms are good and spacious. staff very helpful. overall the best stay in Trivandrum.
