Worst to the worst experience..No hospitality, u urself have to do everything.. even for basic amenities u ll have to go to reception and take like towel & soaps everything.. even after calls they wont respond.. they may give u expired date drinks too, as i have seen one guest whom they had given 5 months expired beer, luckily the guy had seen expiry date, but most of the public wont.Rates are too high.. 1 cup tea costs 80rs.. rest u can imagine..Pics shown all are completely different than reality.. whole tent u ll find wires spread everywhere, fungus on bed amd tent everywhere..I was completely upset and just spent my time to just feel for what i had spend but i wasted my money and time..Never ever i ll recommend this.. better sit at home and watch tv than wasting ur time and money here

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a terrible experience. The room was dirty and smelly, with cockroaches and other insects. The bathroom was unclean and had garbage from other guests. There was no water available in the bathroom for 6 hours, and the light was fluctuating all night. The entire premises were littered with garbage and bottles. A group of about 10 boys disturbed the main area and used my personal tent washroom. The food was bad, and the staff was unresponsive. Despite calling reception twice, I never received a mosquito coil. The manager, who was in Delhi, told me to cancel but did not resolve any of my issues. There were so many other problems.

worst the place is nice scene is beautiful but management people. they don't know how to handle customers specially a lady she behaved her worst. when I was speaking with her she disconnected the call on my face also they ask you pay extra after reaching to destination, & they offer their food with very high prices and if we order any less amount food they just say its not available. no towel no soep, washrooms are not at all clean no water in washrooms and the place where they provide complementary breakfast is always filled with dogs and houseflies and bad smell. THIS PEOPLE ARE VERY UNHYGIENIC. I LIKE the place but management is so so bad

The stay was very Good .The rooms means tents, weather, surrounding was so good . The staff was very good, but the Electricity supply was very poor and AC was most of the time off , water was not provided free of cost and the food is very over rated like Manchurian are for 250 ... Otherwise all good
