My experience at this Hotel was PATHETIC. There were many issues I faced during my 2 days of stay. No one should visit this Hotel as there are issues like: 1. The geyser was not working at this chilling temperature. 2. Even after, complaint, the staff could not provide me hot water to bath. 3. They didn't have the bucket to provide hot water in the entire property. Finally, I could not take bath and had to leave without bath. 4. The staffs are unprofessional. They are ready to fight when you request for something. 5. The TV did not work for both the days of my stay. 6. The knob of the washroom door was broken. 7. They charge 50% more than MRP if you buy something by mistake.
