The Phoenix Hotel

i request to check on all things with staff of hotel before checkin or booking.hotel staff was not supportive. all needful things like water bottles, blankets, soaps or anything is required we need to go to staff for collecting it and then they will give. no free water bottle from hotel those were chargeable, bathroom were smelling bad, no towels, no handwash. from hotel only soap of 3 rs. per person was given. i was not having any option as my family needs to stay for attending occasion/function otherwise i could have demanded for refunds and would cancel my stay.they even charged for more extra 2.5k for using halls premises chairs which were connected to rooms and were told to pay for visiters.

when I reached the hotel they had a 1000 rupees Room deposit ????? this is the first time my hotel has stayed. now no declaration AC room or not AC room. I have two room bookings. they are not given bath towels only 1 towel they say given. it's a very embracing moment???? they did not provide drinking water. aapka bottle lao niche Se bharo.., what is this ???no glass . overall not a good phoenix hotel.

The TV did not start,Mosquitoes were many in the room, Doormats were not available in the room,no drinking water was given,1 of the 3 swimming pools there was not open,overall cleaning was good but proper service was not given.

Rooms are well maintained but slightly away from lonavala railway station. Hotel includes 2 swimming pools and washrooms are clean. Overall 4/5 considering cost and cleanliness.
