The Royal Oak Premier - Unitech Cyber Park

Pros : 1) Good food tastewise. However, the menu for complimentary dinner needs to be updated. Same dishes are served every time. Even in breakfast, one item changes, rest remains same. 2) Beautiful terrace and decently built room. 3) Cab drop (as promised with long stay, but I had to ask for it myself to receptionist, they did not offer it themselves). Cons: 1) No landline in our room, couldn't contact reception unless we call from own phone or go to ground floor. Staff did not fix this even when we pointed it out on day 1 of our stay itself. 2) Our parcel was sent by hotel staff to another guest's room, irresponsible. 3) Water bottles not sent to room timely, had to go to reception and request. 4) Restaurant area had weird bottles, not suitable for drinking water as a plant stem placed in it and glasses smelled bad. 5) Complimentary mini bar (as promised with long stay) is nothing but just two glasses of soft drink (how is that equivalent to a mini bar?), that too was made available after we reminded them by visiting reception, and showing it written on booking voucher. Manager firstly denied of such facility and then after 2-3 reminders sent the soft drink glasses. Also, the staff sometimes took 45-50 minutes for sending just two soft drink glasses. 6) In our room they had kept this paint bucket, and when asked to provide a proper bucket, they denied saying that we don't provide buckets in washrooms. 7) They mention housekeeping time till 11 PM, but even at 6 PM when we pressed make my room switch, no one came. When we had to go to reception again to confront them, the receptionist said there's no staff at 8PM itself. They barely changed our bedsheet and did not clean our room even once during our 3 night stay. Staff was respectful to us. They did not create any problem for us because of being unmarried, but the service was very poor.

Positive: 1- Housekeeping & Service staff, best: 5 Star 2- Room size & location: 4 Star 3- Food: Cold coffee & Chole bhature- 5 star Negative: 1- Took 500 extra for early check- in at 9 AM- 2- Asked to checkout exactly at 11 AM, I had to leave in between my office meeting. 3- No Wifi- 1 star 4- Paint bucket in washroom 5- No handwash in the washroom 6- No doormates in the room 7- Food: Veg Biryani extremely bad Charging extra for early checking at 9 AM even though the hotel was 50%+ unoccupied Asked exactly at 11 AM- Sir jaldi khali kijiye

rooms were not that much neat and clean and also room service is not well provided although property is good but services are not upto the mark also room which we should get they are not able to provide that

gyeaser was not working, room was not clean. washroom was like sulabh sauchalaya. Breakfast is just a formality, only one option was there and they call is buffet, what a joke.
