Hotel The Shyam (Near Jaipur Railway Station)

My experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. The biggest issue was with the reception staff. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, their response was cold and dismissive, as if they had no interest in dealing with guests at all. This kind of first impression really sets a negative tone for the entire stay. Other facilities at the hotel might be average or acceptable, but when the front desk is unfriendly, it impacts the whole experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their staff training and customer service.

Pathetic experience at hotel. Rating seems to be paid here. Opted for the Supreme room & staff was providing me a lower grade Deluxe room and on catching their mistake acted like they were doing a favor by providing me room for which I had selected & paid for. The staff wasn't cooperative at all. Less amenities, no window, very very slippery floors. Bathtub is available only in Suite. Fraud hotel

There were no amenities provided. The staff was in-coperative. The restaurant wasn't properly running. Customer Service was very poor. I never saw such poor customer oriented hotel. My parents regularly visit this hotel but I won't recommend them to stay there.

1) Rooms are clear. 2) Room service is quite fast. 3) Great location Overall good place to stay ☺️. Best part - they have an underground bar and pub which will give you a fantastic vibe 💯!!
