Stayed there with family. No flexibility and very rude staff. they are more interested to take the booking offline. Pathetic food. Room service is not even matching basic standards.The owner should put some control on the staff and their dealings with customers..Not at all recommended.. Don't spoil your stay with this hotel.. Staff respond in front of family is very insulting.. someone should take action on the staff
