I had chosen this place for overnight stay as it was close to Kolkata airport gate no 2. The reception person was polite and well behaved. But overall, my stay was not satisfactory. Many things need attention. Maintenance was not up to the mark. Bedsheets with holes, substandard quality unwrapped blanket, water-soaked bathroom (due to leaking shower), unprepared room (even I had to wait for 45 min for a soap bar and towel)- things were much below my expectations! Bed was very basic. Plug point were not working, so had to charge my mobile from the TV plug. There is need for better maintenance.

Descent hotel very near to the airport. It's in a pleasant quarter, with many other lodges/hotels, small shops and a few fine small restaurants. Friendly staff. The complementary breakfast is very basic.

very sorry to say after repeated req AC did not work,they also tried but fail.left hotel in 4 hour to relocate. plz ask him to repair AC for coming customers. Regards
