Rooms are ok, but all material in bathroom was old, for hot water you need to call reception. Charging so high but not worth for money, there bedsheet are not clean and they don't have buffet, morning 8 am they will provide you limited amount of breakfast, coconut chuney was not grinded properly. Basic like hanger in cupboard and hot water kattle was not available.....worst experience at so high price even door chain was broken for which I have asks to exchange room but they don't have empty room....

This hotel as very good ambience with all amenities. I used to stay here only everytime I visit chennai and it's located in heart of the city. You will get everything you want easily from here. Especially the breakfast was very good. This is my 5th visit in this hotel. Overall experience was excellent.

Many issues they don’t allow earlier check we got problems so have to do early checking but we have to pay higher for it. They only allow water 2 bottles per 1 day, means water also have to pay after have booked room in hotel..

Rooms are small but it's value for money. staffs behavior are good. Need to improve service. Stayed for 2 days and overall experience was good. It's suitable for business travelers and it's near to all business centers.

room size is ok cot and bed was old type . when I open hot water tap it's started coming in drops I called reception many time they said it will come nothing happened . they should improve staff quality

amazing it was very good experience for me with go ibibo .hotèl cine city was very beautiful and excellent services like AC, LCD, BIG ROOM NICE TOILET,everything was tremendous. super and thankyou
