I paid for this property. I checked in and i faced the worst experience ever. No water, no wifi, i called for tea but nobody answered. Room was dirty and stinky. Bathroom was smelly and not cleaned. After paying almost 3200/- ₹. Worst property want to rate in negetive but no option. And the worst was there was no option for cancellation. Sad experience never go or support such place...

This hotel as very good ambience with all amenities. I used to stay here only everytime I visit chennai and it's located in heart of the city. You will get everything you want easily from here. Especially the breakfast was very good. This is my 5th visit in this hotel. Overall experience was excellent.

Many issues they don’t allow earlier check we got problems so have to do early checking but we have to pay higher for it. They only allow water 2 bottles per 1 day, means water also have to pay after have booked room in hotel..

Rooms are small but it's value for money. staffs behavior are good. Need to improve service. Stayed for 2 days and overall experience was good. It's suitable for business travelers and it's near to all business centers.

room size is ok cot and bed was old type . when I open hot water tap it's started coming in drops I called reception many time they said it will come nothing happened . they should improve staff quality
