No towel was providedWhen i visited first think i feld bad was why did i book for two days i should have booked only for one day and why did i pay I changed 3 rooms- I was given 1st room on grond floor with walls spoilt with moist (when asked for changed they said no other rooms are available, after repeated push they told check another one)- I was given 2nd room on 4th floor which had half a bed and not what was shown to me - i was given 3rd room again on ground floor (which had no lighting, garbage bags outside window, torn bedsheet with 50 ants on it, no floor mat was provided, no towels were provided) (entire room was full of moisture) (I was unable to lock the door by key, AC was randomly working and getting off on any other remote button)Mattress was very uncomfortableI actually vacated the place and did not use for 2nd night stay and booked another placeMy vacation with my fiancee was terrible experience because of the stayI would not even stay in this place if i am paid to stay thereand i paid for it

Worst experience I ever had... Could not contact the hotel via phone /msg, till I personally checked in... No one is there to respond your calls... No proper response from the receptionist... Rude behaviour...Not even a single bit of hospitality you can expect from him... Not only for families, even for bachelors this place is not suitable... Kindly do not book this hotel even if you don't have a choice...

They gived very dirty glasses and buckests and very poor service.the bedsheet is not clean.the water glasses they gave with cigarette hashes.the bathroom bucket and cups are very dirty.we said to change after that they are washed and returned.they don't provide soaps and bathroom towels and we asked after that they given.room floor very dirty.total very poor service.wifi and tv not working.

Seriously worst experience ever had, everything is completely diff as room was so small and not at all clean completely unhygienic. Receptionist was extremely rude.came for the father treatment hope i dont get any infection staying here,seriously wastage of money.i suggest never ever stay in this hotel.

nice stay. hygienic and comfortable stay. Nandanam metro is in walking distance. The kitchen is not available but you can order your food online.
