I stayed in this hotel on 14th of April 2025..It was a pleasant stay at Treebo iceberg... but need a little more improvement in cleanliness. Break fast could be better I think they should really improve the break fast. that's why I have reduced 1 ⭐..other wise everything was upto the mark. talking about staff, staff was very soft spoken and the reception guy shoeb bhai was very cooperative.the room boy love kush was very nice person i really liked him. Hotel's Location was very convenient to reach and the location was nice.specially strawberry 🍓 farm side Room's location was great. I think they need to paint the Room and Balcony needs to be painted immediately as there are little stainsin the balcony,Tea table in the balcony must be clean and the tea table was broken it will be better to change the Tea table. Washroom was super clean...Rooms were big enough. I will definitely repeat my stay in this hotel overall very cozy relaxing stay. keep it up shoeb bhai...

Treebo iceberg located at prime location,few mins walk for Veena lake and 5 mins drive for main market .Hotel is well built but not well maintained door knobs were broken , there were no lights in one of the toilet , staff was helpful . Food is ok . Hot water is not available at all day only available for few hours in the morning . Sufian were helpful easy to approach . Overall an average economical place . Very family friendly , staff is helpful. Rooms were clean but some linens were dirty after bringing into attention , they changes the linens .Breakfast was included it was ok . Can pay more attention on cleanliness to make it better

good breakfast customised to your needs. AC, hot water working. 1 mineral water bottle complimentary. choice of 2 restaurants nearby, both of them costly for the amount and quality of food provided. location good but work in progress in entire mahabaleshwar including river adjacent to hotel so noisy in the day. approach roads blocked by trucks in entire mahabaleshwar and lot of diversions currently. Taxis charging high rates or double due to one ways and diversions. market is 200 rs one way by pvt cab and 100 by govt black cab. mapro garden rs700 one way.

pathetic hotel. worst experience. highly unprofessional and rude staff. they have not even provided basic amenities like tea bags cattle and handwash. we have to follow up with them for several hours to get these things. in breakfast only poha has been offered to us without tea or coffee. when we questioned them, the staff was very rude and bluntly told us for check out. though we had already made two days advance payment but in view of our safety we decided to leave. it was not as per the standard of Treebo hotel's.

It was a very pleasant and lovely stay at Iceberg. The rooms were clean, and amenities were as per need. The hosts were accommodating of all our needs, and the breakfast was also up to the mark. We had forgotten an item at the hotel after checkout, the host helped us retrieve it. Recommended stay.

Not so good the ambiance was quite good but facing so many issues in the hotel like Door lock is not working Thats why i cant ho anywhere Tv was not working Bed not clean
