Treebo JP Cottage

We booked 2 rooms with Treebo Trend JP Cottage with pool for the first time for 3 days though we visit Mahabaleshwar very often.. Our Experience this time was very sad.... Food in the room was ok. Breakfast: We had the same pineapple juice for 3 days which was watery enough. Room Service : Food was ok but the restaurant don't have any service etiquette as we had to ask for salt, pepper and tissues with Food which we never got and when asked to a staff of why is this happening ... the answer was he is busy. Recreation centre or Play room : The Play room had jumping jack, carrom board, fuss ball , table tennis, badminton rackets and kid toy building but again sorry to describe that jumping jack was worn out, carrom board had the dices but no boric powder so cannot Play, fuss ball board was broken, there were no Table tennis balls, badminton rackets were worn out and when asked for TT ball and shuttle for badminton the staff mentioned it's not available..... Basically it seemed that management didn't cared about it and that why staff didn't gave a damn... Rooms were ok and the ground staff was helpfull but was found mostly helpless..... This hotel not worth staying and stating as a 3 Star property.... Swimming Pool was good though.... otherwise our experience with JP Cottage from Treebo was very SAD. Regards Saurabh Kulkarni

Good property but poor management. No vally view or Garden view as mentioned in the room specification. Extra pillow was not available on request for the 3rd guest -my 8year old child. Bed spreads are not clean it looks like used repeatedly for multiple guests for very long time.congested parking lot. Found my car windshield have a small crack-spot in the morning. Poor quality plastic tea cups and tumblers provided in the room and also in restaurant.Complimentary breakfast was good and tasty. Bathroom and toilet neat and clean. Hot Water was available for bath. Property in one fence away from the main road. Swimming pool was neat and filled with clean water. overall its over priced property. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty . Charged me 1500 for anniversary decoration of balloons (nearly 50) . Called the hotel before one day that I am coming for anniversary celebration, It was their responsibility to welcome us with smile or small decorations atleast. Rooms on the ground floor have short curtains. parking is not enough to park all the vehicles as per rooms available. Overall experience was not good. The one thing I liked was decoration was done in time. Toothpaste was not there, bad smell in room. I wish I could cancel it after looking into the room.

Excellent property and very convenient from roadside. It's just 2.5 km from Mapro Garden & 1 km from Lingmala waterfall. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Room service & housekeeping is fantastic Restaurant provides variety of menu with good service. We felt safe as a couple. Overall, I had a great experience with the JP Cottage. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
