Vakkom Palazzo

the resort is not recommended for families & kids. they are serving and attending those coming to bar and for day out & night outs. the pool was not allowed for our kids as party was organized at pool side with bar. the resort facilities were restricted to those staying at rooms as there were groups occupying these areas, including indoor recreation area during day. indoor activities room not maintained. foosball all broken. amenities mentioned in goibibo were not provided during room stay even after complaining as they were provided for day out groups and pool side bar. room guests were not allowed. the resort is not worth for a 4-star resort claim as mentioned in the portal. not worth for the amount paid for.

After spending 2 rooms with 4k rupees per room, they are asking for 50 rs for one water bottle. When denied, they asked for an empty bottle so that they can give us filter water from somewhere. I have been to many hotels but no one denied or even asked for a water bottle price. For dinner we ordered manchow soup which was pathetic. We ordered Paneer sabji, roti and kerala paratha for main course. The rotis were not cooked at all. We asked for cut onions and lemons, they literally bought 1 slice of lemon and 4 slice of onion for 3 people. Highly disappointed with the service. Would not recommend at all.

The Stay was really amazing. Rooms and everything was well maintained, Neat. Response from the hotel staffs is friendly for everything. A Lake is there in the right backside of the property, which is really amazing. For sure i will recommend this to my friends. Attached some pics of backside - Just take a look into it. hotel from amenities persay is good but thier on ground team needs to be polite and they need to relook at their pricing of foods alongside it's quality. they were not even ready to spare additional one plate and eventually it needed multiple person intervention which was quiet amusing.
