Veronika resort (A Unit of GVM Resort)

The thing that I liked most about this place was the value for money we got. We got the second cheapest room that they offered and I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but upon entering the room I was literally blown by it. It was very spacious, neat, clean and very thoughtfully furnished. The staff was very polite and courteous. I would definitely visit again and next time try the higher tier rooms because if they are offering this much at the lower tiers, can't even imagine what we are going to get at the pricier ones.

Very upset with room services and all, They dont know to entertain the guests, Tea time is 40-45 minutes instead of 10 minutes, No water glasses and water facility in room, Food quality is very bad, even they served a stale vegetable in lunch with cream, waiting timings was above 1 hour, instead of 10-15 minutes, which they said., no heater facility in a horrible cold. We need our money back, If possible. Really worst experience of life.

Room was not cleaned. electric kettle, cups were there but no refills were available to make tea. no footmat. no shampoo was available. kitchen was closed much before the time communicated. DTH was not recharged though they recharged it in night but it got activated at the time of checkout next morning. bed linen and quilt was good and neat. overall a good property but badly managed.

Rooms are big and spacious but lack of maintenance. Room service was very poor. Totally unprofessional Staff. Most of the amenities mentioned were not present in the room. Overall not value for the money.
