We booked on the same day , so the option available was no view standard room .they were dead honest about it .it had no views. and the room was way too small , that we were skeptical about it .BUT it was well equipped . the AC ,Water Heater, Room Heater, Electric kettle , all neat and working . the washroom was really clean . They don't have their own parking . though they have one right opposite the hotel but on the weekend we found no availability there . Their staff was REALLY VERY HELPFUL. Specially SHIVAM, he helped me with the routes and helped me find a parking and walked me back to hotel . the food in the hotel ,we didn't go for it after all you located in the main market , the mall road . yet the morning breakfast and tea, it was good . Since the location of the hotel is spot on where you will find it all . bicycle and bikes on rent also nearby .

I have visited there with my mother, initially we were but skeptical about our stay but hotel staff was very polite and supportive..Rooms were very clean and well sanitized.. location was great everything is nearby mall road, naina devi temple, Bhotia market .. you can easily find taxi and rickshaw nearby.. overall a good experience .. keep it up prime location

Nice location, coordial and very good staff. This is a good hotel to stay on mall road.Rooms are small though. Good for a couple. Food is also decent. Hotel amenities are sufficient. Great location and cozy room, good restaurant. Since hotel is at mall road, its easy to go shopping or experience mall road and nainital lake as per convenience.

The hotel is at very good location on mall road. The overall experience is very good. Neat and clean rooms and staff is also very nice. The hotel is providing all facilities except parking. Visitor need to park the vehicle in common parking which is also very near. Neat and Clean rooms, which are tough to find even in so many good hotels.

It is just located opposite of Tibetan Market and Naina Devi Temple.Bara bazar is just beside.It has own restaurant Brittney 's which serves some delicious food.The room and bathroom was very small,the service and room were cleaned and good.The staffs and manager were polite and well behaved.

The Hotel is in Prime location in Mall Road. Easy access to Naina Devi Temple, Boating, Ropeway. You don't have to climb the street to reach your hotel. Staffs are well behaved. Mr. Pawan the manager is also nice and a helpful person. I enjoyed my stay at Villa Astoria.

excellent location - can't get better than this and yes it's very important to stay in the central area otherwise you will end up hiking a lot of times. the staff is helpful and the rooms are decent with heaters and ac both. safe to book, clean place

Had a wonderful stay, everyone at the hotel was so helpful & supportive. Only con was rooms were small & congested and being located on the main road it was bit noisy throughout the night. Overall it was good to stay here with family.

Best in nainital mall road room are small but trust me they are so beautiful take the view room if possible coz you will see naini lake from the window super clean and confortable i would recommend to all if size is not an issue
