I had done the booking for my parents and Uncle Aunt. All 4 of them are senior citizen but I had requested the Manager Mr. Ravinder to provide them with a comfortable stay and it was indeed the same. They got upgraded and had one of the most comfortable stays in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous to say the least. I highly recommend this property to people who are budget travellers. Looking at the property the prices are pretty economical. Staff was very helpful especially the Manager Mr.Ravinder.

The hotel location is great and the size of the room is also good. There is parking space as well. About the staff, Ravi ji is very sweet and polite and knows how to deal with a customer. Breakfast is a must try here. Just a couple of suggestions: the hotel should keep beverages like cold drinks etc. at all times. Also, the drainage of the shower gets blocked, the house keeping staff should ensure that it should be cleaned/checked before a customer is allotted a room.

A very pleasant stay at infinity rio hotel, the staff member are very cooperative. My 8 months Daughter also enjoyed the stay at hotel just like home. The rooms are big in size, neat and clean with fully Air conditioner. The washrooms are also neat and clean. Plus point is that it is near to golden temple and had parking space as well. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

this is the worst hotel i have ever booked.don't look at photoshopped pics. the hotel doesn't even worth for 500 Rsour stay was for one night. have to call 3 times for water supply.dirty rooms. dirty linen. unprofessional staff. bathroom was not having ventilation. so all smell in room.when we asked for one hour late check out . they asked full one day charges 😆

Cons: 1. This is not what you see is what you get. The rooms are very far away from what you see. 2. Rooms are dirty and not maintained. 3. There are no complimentary amenities or cleaned sheets. 4. Washrooms are the worst. 5. No nearby places for food or anything. 6. I don't recommend. Pros:. Friendly staffs.

Seemingly very good hotel at an affordable price. Close and convenient (walkable) to Golden Temple, Bus Stand and Main Roads. The reception and staff are very friendly and helpful and will guide you properly. Recommend for family and couples to stay at VK Hotels.

Excellent hotel. 24 hours hot water available. All basic amenities provided. Food was very tasty. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

horrible stay , pathetic hotel , poor cleanliness, dirty washrooms , smell all over dirty linen no room service at all . one of the worst stays during my trip . it was very difficult to spend night there 😕

Pleasant stay but the rooms are non-AC. Located at 10mins walk from Golden temple. Railway station is at a distance of 2km. Highly recommended.
