❤️ I am completely satisfied with room, I book luxury lake view room, size is very spacious. and as per looks in picture with lake view, hotel staff, manager all are very polite, even they allow us early check at 8:39 am (as per room availability). You found hotel location is little bit upside but in that case hotel provide you free pickup from mall road from some decided locations, best location and best hotel at this price, food was also good, only one advice I want to add for all travel that in winter you need to take bath asap in daylight because their hot water facility is based on solar geyser. a small park also available with some children fun activities. thank you hotel welcome for memorable.I will definitely visit again .🙏 ❤️

The hotel location is really good on the mall road. Staff behaviour is good and they are helpful. The manager is very humble and helps us to check in. The family room is awesome and has a beautiful Lake view from the windows. The family room which is my room is clean and the washroom is also clean. Room service is good. walkable distance from naina Devi mandir and Mall road. my overall experience is awesome. And the food of this hotel is really very tasty and the quantity is also good and also value for money. Nad hotel has its own parking too. Everything is awesome 👍😎.

This property stole our heart just like Nainital 😍. Very comfortable stay, spacious room, tasty food and well trained staff. We stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel is situated on height though they provide pick up van from down and if you want good scenic view from then it is a perfect choice. they have ample parking space, not available in most of hotels in Nainital and they too have little garden area for sitting playing chilling. Nice and Decent hotel. Completely Recommended. A must visit place. Nothing. This place is perfect for Couples as well.

We have taken room having balcony and with lake side view. Room was good. Location and view was quite nice. Hotel is little up side from mall road but they provide the cab for pickup from mall road to hotel till 10pm. Hotel to mall road you have to walk. Hotel also has parking facility for cars. Excellent service provided by staff. Price of food was little high, this thing can be looked upon by the hotel management. Written above in comment

amazing hotel with amazing staff I reached the place very early morning asked them for an check in after some time I got a call from them allowing to check in that early morning. the staff is very cooperative specially there is a staff member named Pawan kumar I rented motorcycle from the hotel itself All went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place. I am so glad I came across this place

Hotel is neat and clean. Stafff are very co-operative. Room are large and view of lake from room is also good.Parking space is very big.Only thing that hotel need to add is hot water till 12 pm as you will get hot water for bathing purpise till 5 pm after that u have to used cold water.

View from this hotel is really good. Krishna ji helped us a lot managing our tour. since the location of the hotel is uphill they provide complimentary pickup service. Room service is also good. just one thing that not suitable for elderly because of the location
