This place is perfect for a family to stay by, we had so much fun. Absolutely loved it. They have all the amenities including fridge, bathtub, laundry, gas connection, swimming pool with clean water, 3 balconies with pretty good view outside etc. what not. It just feels like home. The staff here is so humble and caring. It is reasonably near (5km radius) to approximately all the popular beaches of north Goa, little bit far from south Goa (around 1 hour). The hotel people also provide cab services at an affordable price. Last but not the least, the food here is so yummy! We stayed for one week and almost ordered from the hotel itself every single day because the food here is 1000x better than so called famous and 5 star hotels nearby. I Will totally recommend this place to others and personally I would definitely visit again with my friends or family ;)

Nice place for staying, food is also good. all kitchen stay all kitchen utensils are available as per demand. swimming pool is good but not good for children's below 5 years as it is very deep 4 feet minimum. rates of food is also reasonable rooms are clean safety is good and good for family. service is also very good. RO water is available ample space for parking available outside the hotel. swimming pool is a bit dirty as there are many insects in water and not good for health. Calangute beach and Baga beach are near about 9 km from this place. grocery shops and vegetable shops are available nearby. recommended for family.

The best hospitality experience you'll ever have!we were getting late for our flight, and we didn't had our boarding pass printed, so these guys printed out tickets for us. We were already late and if we did a taxi just for the printouts, it'll take atleast 1k rs (it was new year eve, prices were very high).Really great people, 100% recommended. Even if these guys didn't had amenities of a 5 star hotel, they totally had a heart bigger than of 5 star!the hospitality
