Rooms were exactly same as the photos and was neat and clean. Check in was hassle free. Pool is also well maintained and deep enough for 6feet person like me. As of now food will be provided from outside restaurants based on our request. The location is also not too remote but last few metres are having narrow and steep inclined roads. Overall good experience. Calm and serene atmosphere

okay rooms, they need to improve some of the facilities like food, camp fire and other basic entertainment things, The pool is there but there is no lukewarm water available. Food they arranged from outside. bed is not fit for the cot and those corners damaged my legs

Location: Very hot place Anachal Location like not a hill station Room : Good need to improve power backup and fan not working Staff : Best and good behavior immediate response Over all Hotel Room 4* Anachal Location not recommended for Munnar

Excellent customer service and the room was neat and tidy. Hotel Environment was soothing and peaceful. Breakfast along with tea /coffee were also yummy. Had a great time being here. Must visit for a vacation.
