Woodside Retreat Apartments Baga

It is a studio apartment where u have all the required amenities including queen sized bed, wardrobe, coffee machine, mini fridge, oven, induction cooker, tv, dining table, clean well equipped washrooms, etc. The rooms r spacious enough to accommodate 3 people. Adjacent to the room is a balcony facing lots of tress, so u can chill in fresh air with ur food n beer! Also, they have given a big enough stand to dry your clothes which is one really important thing in goa hotels. Though laundry service is available too. Room service is quick n good, the boys r very well mannered n soft spoken. The pool is comparatively smaller in size but is very clean. However u can enter the pool only in ur swimming costumes. Or u can choose to just take a sunbath beside the pool. Lift is available in this property. There is good parking space in the premises n they help u with renting the vehicles too, most seemingly, didn't charge their commission too. The location is easy to find. Though it is on quite a busy street, it is quiet too. It is convenient to travel to all the major places of north goa and Panjim as it is almost in the centre. Special mention to the restaurant near to this hotel called Royal Simha which the hotel caretakers suggested us. Since this hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant or kitchen, this restaurant was our go to place. Not only the food was so good in taste but it was value for money too. We may not like the goan taste of food for all the meals n this was the place that got us regular food. The restauranteur Ronie was a very nice man who helped us with places to visit, suggested us the trips we can take, got us such cheap deals for everything, he even arranged a cake for us for our friend's birthday for no extra charges. We always hear that these guys charge their commission to when they help us with such deals, but we were surprised to know later that we had always paid much lesser money as compared to the others. He was always keen on getting honest feedback from us about the places or trips he suggested so that he can give better suggestions to his upcoming guests. People like him live by the principle of Atithi devo bhav n we r ever so thankful to him. This guy made our goa trip much more enjoyable!!! Don't forget to visit this restaurant when u stay at this beautiful property. Goa is famous for nightlife n u feel absolutely safe to roam around this place even at 2 am. The main road is always busy yet not chaotic. The caretaker boys at this property r thoroughly sweet n gentlemen, totally mannerful n always ready to help u.

Staff behavior was good and cooperative, amenities and services were nice. Location was superb. The best thing i liked was cleanliness. There is no dining facility and this was only drawback even though they brought food from outside if asked to. There was swimming pool as complimentary services and when I asked to provide swimming costumes they provided it.

Hotel is in near by baga beach...stay was awesome...room was very spacious....staff behaviour also supportive....but there were no reception available in the hotel...food were not available... swimming pool is in the hotel but with lots of restrictions......overall I rated 10 out of 9.... Thanks 🙏
