Worst experience in the property, when I had done my booking within a second I had received a call from hotel staff to confirm my booking. At that time I had requested for early check-in and staff told me to call on check-in day so that they will check whether the occupancy is available and let me know. On check-in day I called the staff at 10:30 am to ask for check-in and staff told me that he will call back once he will go through the occupancy list. I was waiting for his call which I didn't receive back. If room is ready no problem but a call back wud be nice which hotel staff didn't call so I had to come there personally n I was given a room where ac was not working properly, no tv recharge, tv remote battery was drained completely I called for assistance and d staff person was to attend us after 20 minutes. When I check-in I was not properly explained about room ( tv,ac, bathroom was not shown by the staff) only the key was handed. Service is very poor. I wud rate this experience as -1 /10. My half-day was spoiled because of tv n ac which were not working properly and I had to check out early as I didn't enjoy the service by hotel. My stay was a waste and I will never ever come back to this hotel again. Very worst service. The guest is not happy so none of the staff came to speak to us n solve our query.

My stay at XEC RESIDENCY was very nice ..the property is very well maintained and neat and clean . The rooms are very gud ..everything in the room was upto the mark . The room was giving a freshness altogether and no bad smell was there in the room . A very little problem was the appearance of the commode seat cover although it was completely ok except some marks on it . The hotel staff was very cooperative and we're at the service round the clock and provided whatever needed by me ...Mr royd was very nice person and the helper Shakib was also very helpful .They also provided me a scooty on rent which was in a very good condition and i literally enjoyed my two days on that vehicle very much . Thanks to all the staff. I would definitely recommend this property to my knowns .

would definitely recommend visiting this place.The only drawback of this place is the distance from main city.Other then that the hospitality and the service provided by the front office staff is really great.prices are really affordable and the rooms are really clean and well maintained.

Hotel was much better according to rates . Very neat and clean property. Breakfast was amazing. We can also customise our breakfast with our choice. Staff behaviour was very polite. Very very helpful manager. Personal space as an apartment flats. Quite place no interfere of anyone.
