visited srinagar in april, 2016, we booked Young Good Luck Houseboat for one night stay. 1 or 2 nights stay in houseboats are enough, as per my view, because whenever you have to come on road, have to take shikara or crossing boat, for this we have to wait for maximum 30 minutes. but it is an experience to stay in houseboat and its view from houseboat was great, no word. pics uploaded. Mr. Munna was attentive and very helpful. good food. kashmir food was so so so nice. nowhere in india. it was on ghat no. 9. From ghat no. 7 to 13, houseboats are good to stay. it has a shikara for crossing. the front side of houseboat has enough space to sit and eat and take enjoyment of the beauti of srinagar. from srinagar airport to ghat no. 9 we took taxi for Rs.****/- from taxi stand. it was amazing experience.

Good hotel, big spacious rooms, nice location overlooking Dal Lake with good accessibility.We stayed at the Welcome hotel as part of our Kashmir Group tour. The hotel is nicely located on the main Boulevard Road in Srinagar which runs along Dal Lake and has numerous ‘Ghats’ that are the boarding points for Shikaras and ferry boats. Accessibility is good. Lots of local handicraft, art and clothes shops at walking distance!

i stayed in hotel center point srinagar this is my first trip . & services is very good the room was clean food was tasty & hygienic the service provided by the staff was excellent the manger basir is good human & best for explor kasmir rich culture . people of kasmir are peace loving people in all respects kasmir is safe i will strongly recommend every one who wishes to visit kasmir to stay hear & enjoy the kasmir trip.

Nice interiors .... All u need to is change the interiors of your room .... Inside .... Haroon Bhai the Incharge is someone who knows how to take care of the guests very well ... A gem of a person .... Soft spoken ... Nice and gentle .... Food is delicious .... Be it dinner or breakfast .... Would surely come again .... In short a home away from home ...!!

Heaven on earth has to be Kashmir and heaven in Kashmir perhaps has to be Heevan. We visited and stayed in all their properties; Srinagar, Pahalgam and Gulmarg. The quality of service, food, rooms and hospitality was amazingly consistent and very good. It's like having McDonalds anywhere in the world. If I ever...

It was great to stay in Houseboat Young Good Luck, 100% satisfaction we got from them, they have very caring staff members, We had actually booked this property for 4 day but because of their excellent hospitality we extended 1 more night. I will surely recommend this property to all my friends and family members.
