I m more excited than concern about my holiday at goa because of hotels and I feel that zappie cova guest house is like other guest which more concern how much moneyyou have...it is okey because it all about business but i would like to suggest them to be more professional...I m also in hotel business and I tell staff that even tho it is all about business but it should be ethical and show professionalism...for eg..when i reached "i ask do have tea..they suddenly come up and tell me there is no complimentary tea but u have charged for it...**rs for tea...i smiled and said okey but i mind rushing back to my hotel when i use to instruct my staff to win the heart of your customer so that they come again and become your regular customer..**s is nothing but it will make ur first impression as they terribly failed and lady over there have such a bad experssion and body language that i really don't like to come again to that place again ever...but guy over there named franky save my vacation and he is helpfull..i would suggest whoever the owner of zappie cova "please sir send them learn more professional and i really hope that u will take my suggestion in positive way...i will again go to GOA but i m sure i m not going to stay at zappie cova...

First of all thank you to the manager Rati who was of great help, she was very kind, polite, helpful & cordial. The rooms were very decent, the amenities like Air-conditioning, breakfast, room service as mentioned was up to the mark. we were 3 boys & we had a comfortable stay & it didn't feel like it was a hotel or a resort, it was like staying in home. it was clean through out. However there were only 2 small issues......1) the fish tank in the passage was not clean & it was quite dirty....I felt for the fishes & the tortoise in it....they need to change the water monthly at least as I could see them suffering in it...2) the wifi signal was very weak & didn't work for 2 days at night as we cudnt use it in morning as we weren't there. Rest it was worth the money & very comfortable.

The lady in charge of the guest house was not helpful at all. She was very rude and didn't even inform any of us about the free breakfast during the first morning. They didn't event put extra mattress for the extra guest in the room and when we came back at around 2 AM in hotel, she was scolding us about the time. If they are finding it too hard to provide service at hotel then why are they in the business. It was her duty to provide us with the service for which we paid. It was a really really awful and pathetic experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Zappia Cove was an awful experience. .., is very hard to find, and when we got there, we found nobody except the rude owner of the property who told us that the guy who handled the online bookings had left because his contract expired, ... That's what he tells us while we're standing there dumbstruck with our luggage waiting in the cab. We asked him why we couldn't just continue with our booking and he said, "But what will I get out of it? You cancel the online booking and then do a separate booking with me.....

Pathetic place to live in, please rely on ratings, rooms were like servant quarters and the owner or self proclaimed manager is outspoken guy who will just make you fool by his words and didn't provide the complementary breakfast even after waiting for the same for more than an hour,worst part that they were simply acting racist for indians as noticed serving foreign nationals on priority. We should boycott such place and people with such mentality

I have book this Resort for the location I thought that this hotel is on the beach but it's not on beach it's almost 100 M from the beach. Special complaint with ****** people that they have guide me in wrong way by sharing wrong map of the resort. and your representative Mr.Khalid is fake person

Amazing place . Very well maintained. Green is the word that describes this place . Beauty of this place is just half the story . Other half is the hospitality of hosts Harsh and Lisa. Talk to them for a couple of mins and you are already good friends .

breakfast was pathetic. no buffet, treats people like prisoners and serve in rations. place was empty being May. however our request for little late checkout was denied in a very stubborn way. unfriendly a d unprofessional staff.

The location is awesome and 5 minutes walking distance to Palolem Beach. Accommodation are at best price. Rati, the Manager was kind, Frank and very helpful. We will be planning our Goa Trip again very soon....

Tv wasn't functioning, parking is a problem, voltage fluctuation , rooms need to be maintained a little well cleanliness wise. receptionist/caretakers were quite helpful. overall rooms are fine to stay in.
