it was a good experience. it was a cozy yet clean room. usually, all mumbai hotels have small rooms - this one too - but the room was comparatively spacious and very clean. there's just one small window. but, one window is obviously better than no window 😀 it was a good stay overall.

The washroom had a foul odor, and the rooms were small and unclean. The jet spray in the washroom was not functioning, and despite raising the issue with the reception staff, no action was taken.

i booked 2 rooms through goibibo in mumbai. the name of the hotel was international and our stay was very relaxing and the staff was very humble and cooperative. thanks everyone

Room looked good in photos but was disappointing in reality. No Wi-Fi, no hot water, TV didn’t work, and basic amenities were missing. No lift. Definitely not worth the stay.

The room was not ready on arrival. Once ready, found no toiletries or towel or drinking water. The washroom was stinking and the foul smell did not go away
