Extremely Disappointing Stay – Zero Security, Poor Service, and Basic Amenities Missing Our family's stay here was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our experience so others can make an informed choice. Security Concerns: There is absolutely no security on the premises. No gatekeeper, no CCTV cameras, and no ID checks at the time of check-in or even when we were there. We had to open and close the gates ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for any property hosting guests. You're basically on your own, and that’s a serious concern for families and solo travellers. Hospitality & Basic Courtesy Missing: We were shocked to learn that only one litre of water was provided per room for the entire duration of stay (3 Nights). When we requested more, we were told to "look at how much you've paid", as if our booking wasn’t valid or worth the basic courtesy of drinking water. For the record, we paid over ₹16,000+ for 3 nights for 2 cottages, and still had to argue over a bottle of water. If the rates are not sustainable, why offer them in the first place? Room Conditions: The AC stopped working for two out of the three nights in one of the rooms. Continuous voltage fluctuations. No water in the taps one morning—and no staff available to help. We had to call someone from a neighbouring property to resolve it. No dustbins in the rooms. We had to explicitly ask for one. Only one small Medimix soap was provided on the first day. No shampoo, no body wash. We had to beg for towel replacements, and they were changed only once during our entire stay of 3 Nights. Room cleaning was supposed to be done every 2 days. It was never done even once over our 3-day stay. Internet connection stopped working one fine morning. No Mobile Network Coverage: There was no mobile signal throughout the property, almost as if they’ve deliberately blocked it. It felt like they didn’t want to be contacted or held accountable—you’re completely cut off, and the staff is nowhere to be found when you need assistance. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for our family, but instead, we spent a good part of our time just trying to get access to basic things like water, towels, toiletries, and maintenance. The staff was either missing or indifferent, and there seemed to be no sense of hospitality or accountability. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not. There are plenty of places in the same price range that offer better service, safety, and respect for guests. Save your money, time, and peace of mind—look elsewhere.
