Passengers can check-in through their mobiles or web check-in while flying with SriLankan Airlines. Mobile and web check-in can be done between 24 hours to 2 hours before departure, until the check-in deadline. This service is only available in English.
Boarding passes will be sent on the passenger’s phone by email or SMS, or they can print the same at an airport kiosk. They can directly report to the gate with their e-boarding pass 45 minutes prior to the flight departure also. Each piece of hand baggage must weigh no more than 7 kg and measure no more than 56 x 36 x 23 cm or a total of 115cm. In Economy Class, passengers are allowed one piece of hand baggage. For passengers travelling with infants, 1 Cabin Bag with dimensions of 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and weight of 5 kg containing the infant's food for consumption in flight together with infant's toiletries and disposable items such as nappies are allowed.
