The ambience is extremely good. But, there are certain disadvantages. The hotel is situated about three Km from main Place, Railway station. Taxis, Rikshaw are charging exhorbitant rates. I had to pay Rs 250, towards taxi and Rs 150 for rikshaw, for a distance of just 2.5 to 3 km. Rooms are kept neat and clean. The hotel is situated on Kankal bypass Highway and so getting transport becomes difficult. Food and drinks are costly. Even after charging 18%GST, the hotel is charging additional Rs 50 towards service charges for providing food in the room.Whether this Rs 50 charged by hotel is permissible. Rooms are maintained neat and clean. Service quality is reasonably good which may be improved further.

good: Nice Location.. Spacious rooms, courtious staff.. right on Highway near Kankhal best thing was it's just Opposite the Satnam Sakshi Ganga Ghat. Improvement is needed in managing Hot and Cold water flow in bathrooms. if you open the warm water tap once, even the cold water will also start giving very hot water and it continues even after closing the warm water tap.. you will have to wait for 10-15 minutes to get the cold water again. This is the only thing which they need to solve. overall, good experience.....

Hotel Jahanvi Dale, situated near bank of Holy river Ganga, at Haridwar. Rooms were clean with modern furniture and offer luxurious amenities The hotel serves good food with a very decent staff .very comfortable stay with all the natural beauties views from the hotel..

Parking facility for the room guest at the time of banquet functions are not enough. Management has to give preference to the room guests for in house parking. It is quite disturbing for the guests to park their cars in side after the party is over in the mid night.
