The staff behavior was very good. The services and the facilities were very much self satisfying. They have provided with complimentary breakfast. The food quality and taste was so so. The property is inside from the main road but personally I did not face face difficulty in locating the property. Over all I had a good stay in this property and it was completely value for money.

We booked Deluxe Non- AC rooms but the rooms are very beautiful. Extra Mattress is available at cost and need to be mentioned during checkin. Sheets also provided with cost. The rooms are at a height and hence one need to climb steps till then. Day time might be little difficult without AC but night is pleasant as you get sea breeze. Spacious Rooms

Decent accommodation close to Varkkala Papanasam beach. Only bad thing I felt is the staff looked really stressed with less energy. Otherwise, everything was good. They dont have any food options but there are plenty of street food nearby.

Wonderful resort to stay in, loved the location very close to sea beach, sunrise & sunset was awesome from the resort.Nice staff and complimentary breakfast was good. They also provided WiFi facility.

The resort location is quite convenient. The staffs were well-behaved and mannered and the rooms & amenities were too good. The food quality was nice too and it was worth staying here for us.

The owner is quite rude and lacks proper customer service skills. The experience doesn’t offer value for money. However, the receptionist is somewhat OK.

the room which i booked was non ac, the fan also seems not to be working so well...i couldn't even sleep the whole night i was sweating all night
