1. Staff -- 10/10 Manoj and Sudeesh both of them are expert in hospitality, Patience, Cook, Tour Partner, helpful and Calm👍 2. Cleanliness-- 10/10 Boat, Rooms, Toilet They won't allow you to take your shoes inside the boat and having arrangements for putting your shoes in the outside area of boat maintaining proper cleanliness 3. Food -- 09/10 Food Hygiene is maintained kitchen is superclean they cook according to the traveller as we got the mixture of North and South Indian food Lunch and Dinner --- North Indian dishesh( Patta Gobhi, Long Beans, Chappati, papad, salad, sambhar, Dahi, Rice and Dal) breakfast (Idli, sambhar) and it was delicious 4. Hospitality -- 09/10 although we booked sharing houseboat but We have upgraded to independent couple houseboat which add stars to the moon. We have train at 8:30 in morning so they changed the time for the boat ride from 7 to 8 in the morning for us and arranged auto to railway station. Also they switched On the AC at about 7 PM instead of 9PM on demand without any extra cost. 5. Timings Try to Board the boat at about 1 O'Clock as they leave the stop at 1:30 the boat ride time is upto 5:30 PM in the evening after that it will stop and stay at a place whole night and start according to you in the morning Overall It was perfect and I suggest you to choose this as your houseboat partner at Alleppey..👍 nothing

we went there at 10 am they allowed us and served us with welcome drink. the house boat was excellent and the staff was very very cooperative. led TV and music system was also there. they secured the lunch and dinner as per our menu. we have to tell them in advance what we want. the ride started at 2 PM and the ride was continued till 5.30 pm and next day they again started at 8 am and dropped us at 9 am. it's my advice that you carry on your pen drive some movies which you want to see as per your wish. and the music system can be connected with your pen drive so that you don't feel bored in the evening. one thing again here i would like to mention that if you are coming from Kochi to allepey then the cheapest conveyance is to come in train 56379 train number ticket of it is just 15 rupees starts at 7.50 am and reaches here in 1.30 hrs and for back also you can take the 56380 number train which starts from allepey at 9.35 am. from station to house boat there is a pre paid auto counter from it can be booked. and main thing is that there is no rush in this train you can easily come sleeping in this train. the house boat, the surrounding, the people, bedroom and food

Positives: We reached there a little late but these guys were helpful to coordinate to get us on board. Food was good for non vegetarians, especially fish. Boat was well maintained Negatives: While non vegetarians had fish as additional item for lunch, there should have been some starter for vegetarians too Felt price is very very high. Over ...for a room in a boat with 4 such rooms. No visibility of which boat, i mean in terms of how many rooms would the boat have at the time of booking. I did check for this after booking but there were no assurances. No pick up from bus stand or station. For the price being charged, i guess this expectation is fair. Basic things like shampoo in bathroom, packaged mineral water should be provided. Normal water from those 20L bubble top bottles were filled in 1L mineral water bottles and given. Again for such high price, this is basic expectation i believe.

Our family visited in february. The journey starts at 12.pm and had lunch around 1.45 pm. They took us round into the backwater and came back to pick up at 5 pm. Next day morning they take us another round for an hour from 8-9 AM. Carry Allout to counter mosquitos. Crew is supportive and helpful. I recommend otherd to stay
