*****. had a tough time dealing with Hotel management as they were not enough capable of handling customers with even least decency and had no idea of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Staff is not well equipped with manners and etiquette to handle customers and even the Hotel owner was not one of the guy whom you can talk and be satisfied and was using the rough language which badly turned me off. I had to wait for 1 - 2 hour to get that issue resolved and had to deal with this mess and when I was allowed the room even that was not of the same category which I had booked but was of different category which was at a less tariff ****. I would have given them 0 star but that option is not available so had to give them 1 star. Over all I am highly dissatisfied with the complete experience and would not recommend anyone for this stay.

Very bad experience..,when we were outside hotel change our room without our permission from grounf floor to top floor they touch our luggage without permission.. Room type mentioned in booking and what is given is doubtful.hotel allot the room is ordinary while booked was special luxury room. Staff was very incooperative. Nobody even attend the room service.. even water is not provided .. parking facility is not suitable it is in dirty ground besides the hotel .. anybody can steal your vehical in night .. parking at own risk.. overall very bad experince.. never recommnded forthese type of hotel * Waste of money... Mentally torchered !

I have very bad experience in Hotel Anant Koti. When I have to come to Hotel at 12 Aug and hotel staff said to me that no booking for you from goibibo side. I have shocked because confirmation from ibibo. After that hotel management said to me that Pankaj you have booked hotel. I have disappointed from goibibo.

it is a very good hotel. a feel like Home. hotel people very professional and courteus. interior. at the entry is quite eye catching. food is good. I ordered Biryani it was quite delicious. hygenic rooms. 100 percent worth as compare to the budget. highly recommended

Bathroom was dirty, there was no door lock in bathroom, there were no hooks to hang towels in bathroom, bedding had a filthy smell. carpets were dirty. Room service was extremely delayed. when we asked for cleaning services none appeared for another 45 minutes.

ZERO Rating for this Hotel..Booked this Hotel in the evening but much to shock booking was cancelled by the Hotel at eleventh hour citing the reason that the sewerage of room is choked. Had to work for alternatives to find any room in the same vicinity.*

water logging in front of hotel+ it's basically a house turned into hotel so no professional staff+ Tata sky was not recharged and when j asked them to recharge they couldn't do it in my 2 days of stay.
