Any customer expects some decent and courteous behaviour and talk of the responsible persons of the hotel . Here , I find the reception clerk to be responsible and understanding . He told me the check in time is 12:00 hrs . I told him that I have already mentioned that I will check in at 10:00 hrs of 19-01-2020 in my request to hotel provided in the box before affecting the payment . He agreed and I checked in the hotel . Suddenly , I receive a phone call from a person claiming to be the hotel manager in my room telephone and he rudely demanded additional payment of Rupees two thousand only for early check in of 2 hrs . I told him if necessary I will sit in the reception and check in at 12:00 hrs and I will not pay a single paise extra , as I have already informed and given prior information before payment . And moreover I told him that I will check out the next day at 09 :00 hrs itself . He grudgingly and rudely kept the phone after some unwarranted talk ... we are singled out to this type of harrasment , inspite our paying the full amount in advance . If this type of behavior continues  . This way all the stakeholders will loose out. In this age of high competition and many hotels having low occupation rate , the customers have many options . Those responsible in the hotel industry should be understanding , as they loose nothing when the rooms are readily available for occupancy , and slight early check in means no loss to them , and only can earn goodwill of the customer . Anyhow very sorry to say that my mood got spoilt and I didn't at all relish my stay in this hotel .

Location: in a well connected yet residential nice locality Ambiance: simple, spartan, neat. Front office to be organized Rooms: very spacious. Well appointed, but room needs to be cleaned daily. Toiletries in bathroom to be made available. TV remote battery to charged. Lighting to be brighter Breakfast: fresh, hot( not spicy), sumptuous portion, and tasty fare daily Service: this is the best part of the experience. Very courteous, helpful, proactive and prompt service assistance of Mr.Ramesh and his team of Ayyappan and Rajan. Overall: very good find

I like the hotel .The staff are very helpful...location was little inconvenient and difficult to find. The complimentary breakfast was really awesome but the chicken curry had disappointed me...Rest hotel was very good and comfortable...Amenities was proper.Hotel was properly clean..
