Very nice 4 Star hotel I would say. Very comfortable and warm staff. Pros: Good quality hotel. Match upto Radisson with Price range. Rooms and service are extremely appraisable. Food was also good but less options and very pricey. Cons Location is bad. Its very far from dal lake and into interiors of colony and dark. No public transport or auto available so cannot go outside in night if you want to Warmth of staf and room

We had a wonderful stay at Apple Orchard Resort . The staff was excellent , the food was delicious and the rooms were very spacious . The only hiccup is that the hotel is nearly 30 mins away from the Dal Lake and one needs a private vehicle for travel to and fro the hotel . Other than that highly recommended

location is in residential area 1.5 km from lake boundary, dinner buffet have limited option and is little bit costly,room rates are also higher side otherwise peacefull area away from market rooms , bathroom were clean,real maker available in room tea maker

This stay is amazing . We did not want to leave this hotel. We travelled alot but this property was the best till date. The food is really really really tasty and staff is very polite helpfuln and hygienic. Highly suggest everybody to book a stay here.

Don't book if location is a concern for you. It's too far from the dal lake ghats. Otherwise nice interior and amenities.
