it was bit bitter experience room booked was super deluxe but alloted one was not with all amenities written during booking ,room size was small,ac was not effective,no blackout curtains,far away from main area and in one corner, bathroom flush was not working continuously, after continuous followup and asking 2nd day room was changed to booked one. however hotel cleanliness was maintained and at good location, food was good, support staffs were good except booking and alloted room issues

experience is bad at aron. now summer is going on and they are giving water in the room to the customer. housekeeping staff is not coming on requirement. small refrigerator is not available in the room. according to price rooms are so small

The worst stay ever there is no staff to receive guests and staff behaviour is very rude and the property is not same as shown in during booking wrost experience of staying at hotels.
