my stay experience was not so good because we booked our standard non ac room after seeing pictures but the room they gave us was not same as per pictures or you can say pictures were not uploaded by you for that room.neither lift was working there and our room was at 3rd floor so we had to use stairs everytime from 3rd floor.the room had only 4 walldls completely white with few fitting marks. not even a single scenery was hanged on the wall.cupboard gate was broken.no landline to call reception.behaviour was good of staffbut ther said that they will try to do some compensation after connecting to manager but the didn't compensated.

The hotel was pretty old. The rooms were ok. The staff were responsive. Food at the hotel was not so good. But the breakfast was awesome..the location and view from the rooms are breathtaking. The location is 10minz far from actual varkala cliff. But there is a beach near the resort named kappil beach which is very nice. The pool was not accessible as it was full with fungus and they are not interested to clean it. Over all a good experience but with some issues.

Ok Hotel stay was good. Rooms are very big in space and the view from room to sea is amazing. But good services and room facilities like dental kit, towels are not there. Every thing we need to call and ask. Room landline is not working and the hoteliers gave their personal number to call for any assistance also made us bad. Breakfast timing is very Late as they will start it by 8.30 is difficult for us sales professionals. Left all good

Resort is in calm and less crowded area with a small beach near to it. Dinner was not tasty and have to wait a lot to get the food but the breakfast was tasty. Pool was good and maintained properly.Room was spacious and neat but don’t have a TV. Considering the rate better options available near to cliff. It is far from varkala cliff where you can find better view.

Good sea view from the hotel. staffs was helpful. If you wish to have privacy, you can choose this resort. Resort is ~ 4 KM away from Varakala Main cliff / beach but there is small beaches near to this resort and enjoy the sea with more privacy. Breakfast options are limited but it was Ok.

very good location and very good beach view and nice rooms but who wants privacy those chose this resort..very good service and small draw back very far to varkala beach it's almost 5km and nobody knows others languages( expect manager) and limited food menu and expensive

Breakfast is tasty and should be taken with room to enjoy the sea view experience. The resort have all the things one needed. If you are a sea view lover and a nature lover then this is the best place to stay in Varkala. Staff is very supportive and good.

Nice location. Not well maintained rooms. Room service and pool available. car parking. Good restaurant. Beach facing on cliff, so cannot get into beach directly. Edava beach 200 meters walk. Good for family.

We booked the room with standard non AC room for two members with infant baby. But the room is not good at all , the bathroom door is not able to lock and no hot water facility.
