This hotel name is different** Actual name is "The white house". Coming to stay, this is a normal hotel with a/c. But rooms are smelling with paint smell. I have suffered for 2 days and unable to breathe. Food u have to call a restaurant and get a home delivery. Total ratings is average hotel.

Location is good in market near ST Stand & Railway station.. Don't get food inside, but can arrange from nearby. Being in a Market place, u get many options of Restaurants to choose among.. Staff is cooperative..Ok for Accommodation.

The bathroom in the room was dirty...the water was not going from the drainage and was filling in the bathroom...we had television in the package...but there was no television in the room.. not satisfied with the room experience

very bad service ... shabby hotel , old hotel , tap was not working, crockrages was there , curtains was damaged, smell was coming in room , pillows was very badly smelling ... very bad experience

I stayed for 1 night, the room was decent with basic facilities. Hotel location is in main road of the market. Next time if I visit lonavala, I could wish stay here in the same room again.

Very bad behaviour of the manager Tejas who spoke rudely and gave us rooms that had broken tap, poor water quality, disgusting looking bathroom and cockroaches too many of them
