Hotel Bela Goa

One of the worst experiences ever and unfortunately, I had to go through it with my family. I’m extremely disappointed, and here’s exactly why: 1. The room size was pathetically small, even the so-called “Deluxe” room. There was barely any space to move around. 2. The bathroom had an absolutely unbearable and disgusting smell. Even after using an air freshener multiple times, the stench refused to go. 3. They offered complimentary breakfast but what’s the use? It came from a cloud kitchen and not even their own restaurant! On top of that, there were hardly any options, and the wait time was over an hour for basic food! 4. The room itself reeked of cigarette smoke. We’re a non-smoking family, this was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. 5. The bedsheets were stained and unhygienic. We had to request an immediate change. 6. The lighting in the room was pathetic. It was so dim, we could barely see anything at night. 7. The TV wasn’t working either. Absolutely no entertainment. 8. The breakfast was a complete disaster. The chutney sandwich had stale bread, the masala dosa had tasteless sabzi, the aloo paratha was dry and rock-hard, and even the tea - yes, TEA! was messed up. How do you ruin something as basic as tea?I asked for a refund, and Goibibo customer care straight up refused. I WANT MONETARY COMPENSATION.This hotel was recommended on Goibibo, and I paid for this nightmare?! This is a 2-star hotel at best, and even that’s generous.To the Goibibo team:We put in hard work to earn money so we can give our parents and families the vacations they deserve. This experience felt like a betrayal. I’m not just disappointed, I’m furious!! I trusted your platform, and it let me down terribly. I hate that I had to go through this.Do the right thing. I expect compensation for this disaster.

Stayed for one night. It was an amazing stay. Location wise it was very convenient.. just 5 mins by car from Miramar branch. Room was cozy and clean. Staffs were courteous. Also parking space is there. At these price point, the service is more than enough!! Loved it!! 😊

Perfect location, amazing room, great scenery and lovely staff. I loved it so much will try get same hotel if I travel in future!!
