worst stay .. and false information after going the beetal valley resort the show Hut / room smaller then my bathroom n they say u can upgrade n its just one room available and no discount not any complimentary them as if we r asking or begging i m a guy i wouldn't say anything n doesn't even complain about women's but receptions girl is omg what attitude as if .god bless them anyway the false information/ no any good gesture for guest / highly expensive but out of standard/ room ac was not working all alongside 15 hr until i was in.i never rated anyone but i personally feel like i should give 0.5 star out of 10 it is so .NEVER BEG WHEN U R PAYING WE ARE NOT SEEKING FOR FALSE INFORMATION. I recommend other options but not this was u can chill but worst staying.

The stay was really wonderful. The atmosphere was pleasant and even more pleasant staff. I don't understand why there are so many negative comments regarding the staff's behaviour. To us they were nothing but polite and considerate. The resort itself is packed with fun activities, from relaxing by the pool to exploring the various outdoor activities. To top it all the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Staff behaviour is good. Service is moderate. Room service is bit slow. Food is average. Breakfast buffet options are not great. Room cleanliness is average. Resort is very adventurous and has lots of good spots for photo lovers and has lots of adventure sports like zip line, train ride, swing, etc. swimming pool is not that great. Property is huge and needs to be maintained more properly. Overall nice trip.

Excellent picturesque location. Rooms are clean and tidy. Could improve with basic amenities in the room like face mirror among others. Friendly staff. Restaurant serves amazing food, 6/5. Could improve serving time. However, their room service is commendable. Looking forward for my future stays at Rangpo with them.

My stay at Betel Valley Resort was good. I had booked Non AC Hut but I upgraded the room to Non deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious, had a pleasant stay. The food was good too. I would like to thank the Manager of the property who was very helpful during room upgradation. Would love to visit again!

Awesome place to enjoy and feel your mind peaceful. Very inocent and helpful staff. I was amazed with their politeness and deviation about their work. Every day they played music Bollywood songs as well as local songs which was very good to hearing. I must say please visit once this place to feel good.

The tree house room was below average and washroom of the same was dirty bad pipes were broken water leaking I asked change the hut but in the another it was the same. Rest pool and area is quite good but the activities shown here were not available like quad bike and others only pool is available

Worst stay ever. The room was a joke. Just two beds in a uncomfortable hut, with no other facility. You have to go out of the hut to use the toilet. No proper plugs or fan or table inside. Dogs kept barking all night. Wasted my money. Staff was only the best part.

The resort resembles the beauty of Nature & exemplary of hospitality...cafe on tree branch, Swimming pool,Swing facilitate the kids good refreshments..hv enjoyed too much.. Really wonderful! i would like to visit it again..

One star only for wifi. The staffs need to get training on hospitality and politeness. No TV, no running water from tap, forget about drinking water for guests. First and last experience. Pathetic and disappointed
