The hotel is a nicely built property with a very beautiful surrounding. The hotel staff is very polite, helpful and courteous and even opened Kitchen at 10:30pm in the night to serve ice cream. The hotel has good in house facilities like outdoor and indoor games, music area and barbeque. Food Quality is very good and best part is food is prepared fresh on order and service is also good. Couple things which need improvement are the wall seepage problem though there isn't any smell as such in the rooms and bit high capacity Water Geyser. Just a small point to mention is that it is located bit off road though again it is situated near to Karapuzha Dam

Good ambience and service, friendly staff. Food is overpriced. 250 Rs for 3 items buffet breakfast( idly ,poori, bread-butter-jam, juice ,tea only). Egg, cut fruits , oats/corn flakes, milk should have been included for such a price. Always book with free breakfast option.I have experienced better buffet breakfast with lower price. Approach road is terrible last 1-1.5 kms. better come with Mahindra Thar. avoid small powerless hatchbacks like Alto especially in rainy season. Room heater needs atleast an hour heating to get some hot water. A/C is not needed rainy season.

travelled as family .. location was amazing with the lake view. rooms are clean. it's a new resort . staffs are friendly some building are still under construction . location in gobibo is wrong so we had bit trouble in getting to the resort . advice to review readers : travel in group to make stay in this resort more memorable as they have BBQ facility with lake view which will be amazing

it's a good resort but not with many amenities. no pool. no road and the road that you need to take is inside cofee estate and is really very bad. food is very expensive n taste is OK. there nothing near by. so be prepared at least to travel 6-7kms for buying things. pls carry emergency medicines as nothing is available near by. nearest town is 15kms. calm and very peaceful place.

Awsm place , lake view is really so pleasant, a very small but very nicely developed. Staff were very humble & polite , their service provided was good am happy with their service polrovided even at night 11 oclock the best thing is a badminton court at alike side which adds flowers to the place! Pleasant place kids play & badminton court beside the lake were lovely

It was amazing experience. Staff were courteous. Location is superb. Property managed by manager. Dining facility was there and it is manageable. Breakfast was complimentary. Parking and WiFi facility are there. All the facility was working. Price was pocket friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great view from balcony. Room was spacious and hygienic, comfy bed and pillows, tasty Food. Friendly and polite staff. Overall excellent stay. Good experience. I would recommend for both families and couples.

The Resort has located in very scenic place. All rooms have a beautiful view of Lake. Also the food is very tasty. And most important thing is the well mannered staffs. Prajeesh and Anitha both were very helpful in nature.

remote area, broken roads but worth it once you reach the spot. the location is awesome and we had a very good view of the lake from the room. the staff was also very helpful and courteous.

Good place to stay with good view. Pleasant and peaceful. We went along with 9 months old kid , where they blended the food and helped us. Nice hospitality. I would recommend for this stay.
