CHAMONG CHIABARI MOUNTAIN RETREAT

We had booked the location due to two specialties, one being the tea factory visit with a tea tasting session, & the other being spa facility.However, we found that on the day that we reached(in the afternoon), the factory was closing for the Dussehra holidays. So we could not visit the factory.Also, the spa has been closed since the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown. The manager did not inform us about these facts although we had called him prior to booking the vacation.However, the location and food were awesome.So, overall it's just average and did not satisfy my desires.

first i have to say resort's location is superb but road conditions is very pathetic about 3 km to reach the Resort ....rooms are good spacious and clean... bathroom is huge and well decorated but as per the price that is very expensive .I paid ...for 1 night with all meals but food was not good absolutely pathetic tasteless only daal and fish cutlet was tasty and one think staff behaviour is very good .manager mr tashif is very kind person all over my expectations was not FULLFIL .at this price i dont recommend this resort

stay was absolutely comfortable and cozy. beautiful location although the roads leading to the resort are not that great. but once you are inside right from welcome to the checkout the staff of the hotel makes it a memorable experience for you. staff is very hospitable . loved this place. highly recommended.

property is good. but the approach to the property is very bad. there is no road and its a very painful 2 hrs stretch of a very bumpy ride. ride to resort was awful. very very poor road conditions. actually there is no road existing.
