i paid the full amount while booking. instead of that extra 550/- rupees was taken and the behaviour was also not good.The room is clean and good.Not having any window.Also a complimentary breakfast was offered on 2nd day.Overall experience - 3.5 / 5

perfect and clean room... full time AC working so enjoyed my sleep... hot water also available 24*7... only some restriction like no drinks... no outside food are allowed inside the room
