Pros: 1) 4-5min walking distance from colva beach Cons: 1) We reached there at 6.30am (by goa express from delhi) they said rooms are not available which was understandable because of long weekend, we finally got the room at 11.30 am (5 hrs of waiting) but when we reached in the building we saw that the whole floor was empty which meant every room was available. 2) there was no kitchen. rud and unproffessional staff.. they didnt provide the same room i booked for.. after argument for an hour with the operational staff. they isulted me saying "Itne paise main itnaaich milega". i told them that i will give worst review for this treatement. they were like do whtever you want, we dont care.( worst treatement given by receptionist and reservation manager) then i approached general manager. he then understood the issue.. n shifted us to the same room i booked for. There are cockroaches and mosquitos in the room, They don't offer food service to rooms, WiFi is not working, they don't provide glass in the room, No complimentary packaged drinking water.

Double room is the only benefit i can think of which makes this feel at home, apart from that, no room service, no laundry, frequent power failures, no food available after 11pm are few major disadvantages. Location is pretty good walking distance from beach, market access, moto-rental nearby and lot of nice dining locations and clubs nearby. breakfast is pretty good. I had a week stay with my wife on my 3rd anniversary and will not recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay and enjoy, we left in morning and came late at night only....which did not make room services any issue for us.

A nice place to stay . Near to beach . Very nice atmosphere . Am so happy to stay colva holiday homes . Nice swimming pool :) Approach towards the guest was so amazing . place is highly recommended . I travelled both north and south , but i prefer south is the best place to explore . clean beaches , good people . colva beach is an amazing beach with nice view .

Colva holidays homes and hotel colva kinara are same but colva holidays homes is backside of hotel.. good hotel and everything but they do not provide service at holiday homes... but complimentary free breakfast is good. Staff is very nice.. good location near beach.. everything is cool except service..
