poor check-in and check-out experience. but otherwise great. On the day of our check-in , I have received a call from cosy boats and they have confirmed my arrival and food preferences. We reached their office well in advance and found that our name is not in the list of guests. Then they took our registration print out (goibibo) spoke with someone on phone and took like 15 mins to confirm our booking. but the staff in the boat were very supportive and friendly. we travelled on a full moon day. and the view was amazing. we were also able to view the sun rise. in the night, I asked the support staff if we can go around the place for a walk. he gave his bike key and we roamed around for long time. that was amazing. had a chance to view the actual rural Kerala. during checkout they dropped us out of nowhere. our car was waiting in the place of check-in. and the place they checked us out was completely different. they did not inform about this earlier. overall memorable experience.

Houseboat condition and amenities: I booked 2 rooms in shared houseboat but they offered me a private houseboat with 2 bedrooms. Condition of the houseboat was excellent. Toilet and bathroom could be more clean. They had AC at dining room and bedrooms; which were started at late evening up to morning. Food: Food quality was good. Didn't face any problem as a vegetarian. Staff: Staff was helpful. However, asking for a tip is not a good conduct.

i reach Alleppey after visit Kanyakumari,poovar,kovallam and Thiruvananthapuram. Alleppey was fifth destination of our kerla tour.good houseboat after seeing srinagar still houseboat. first time i look floating houseboat.food otem are so delicious.specially prons and crab.manger was so helping nature and soft hearted.they arrenge every thing for us. thanks cosy team for good response ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you are planning for Kerala then its an must spot. Cosy Houseboat is decent enough to relax, just keep odomas or other mosquito repalant if you didn't like unauthorised bites 😂 Food was good, staffs are polite and they can take care of your request very well. Their hospitality.

Top quality hospitality. I surprised while announced DJ party and candel light dinner in house boat. don't book separately house boat. Only book sharing and cosy houseboat only. My personal experience is unbelievable service.
